For my son's first birthday I made him a special hat.
I then made one for my niece.
I had so much fun creating and designing, I have decided to keep sewing during my free time for you to purchase hats for the little ones in your lives.
I have chosen to sew all my hats from recycled clothing. Why, you may ask? By using and buying recycled clothing, The Puzzled Camel has reduced the amount of raw materials needed in order to produce each new item. This in turn helps a small part in reducing the amount of sweatshops and forced child labour to produce these materials. Each item of clothing is clean and in excellent condition. However, by using recycled clothing, there is a limit to how many hats can be made from each material. Generally I only have 4 or 5 hats from each fabric. Please do not hesitate to place an order once you have chosen your hat, so as to guarantee your first choice. Please also note that items like buttons may not be identical to those in the picture as these are also recycled.
